Colour.
The Philosophy

Colour doesn't know
how colourful it is.

Colour is a language and sometimes an identity.
Colour is immortal — Colour is you.

The Framework · How She Thinks & Teaches

The way every great work begins.

Taught for over a decade. Applied to every project.

01 01 · Observe Observation Hover to reveal →
01 · Observe

Before anything else — notice. Colour, composition, the feeling a space holds before words arrive. See what is actually there, before deciding what it means.

"Notice before you decide."
02 02 · Feel Emotion Hover to reveal →
02 · Feel

What you observe moves you — differently from how it moves anyone else. Emotion is perspective made visible. Each person's response is uniquely their own, and that is the most honest part.

"That is where meaning lives."
03 03 · Narrate Communication Hover to reveal →
03 · Narrate

Feeling becomes language. Design, art, teaching — all of it is the act of narrating what you noticed and how it moved you. That is how every story gets told.

"That is how every story gets told."
01
Chapter 01 · The Beginning

She was always reading the room.

+

Most people learn to see their surroundings. She learned to read them — colour, composition, the feeling a space creates before your brain catches up. The women around her were being asked to stop noticing. She couldn't have stopped if she tried.

"Some people inherit a trade. She inherited a way of noticing."
02
Chapter 02 · The Education

She didn't study design. She built a practice.

+

Fine arts. Visual Communication. Photography. Graphic Design — interrupted, resumed, finished anyway. Not collected qualifications. A deliberate construction. Every discipline was another tool in the same hand, aimed at the same target: creative command, complete.

"She registered Colour Konnect before she was ready. That was the point."
03
Chapter 03 · The Studio

The work speaks. She lets it.

+

Someone told her, directly, that she would never achieve anything. She left without a response. Then came the real years — brand identities, packaging, photography, event design, a studio of her own. Twelve years teaching children who paint freely and don't ask permission. The work answered. She didn't need to.

"I didn't choose words. I chose actions. And I kept going."
04
Chapter 04 · The Future

18 years. One direction.

+

She didn't discover AI in 2026. She recognised it — a tool built for speed meeting someone built for depth. Colour intuition, design thinking, 18 years of judgment: she brought all of it to the table. The work is faster now. It is not less considered. She is not experimenting. She is accelerating.

"As if my life was waiting for this moment."

The Two Practices

Same parent.
Two conversations.

CK Studio speaks to brands. CK Art speaks to people. Both speak honestly.

CK Studio

Design that earns its place.

CK Studio works with brands that mean business. Brand identity, packaging, web design, social media, AI-assisted design, presentations, and print — built with the rigour of a trained designer and the intuition of an artist. Confident. Precise. Results-oriented.

CK Art

Art that stays.

CK Art works with anyone who wants to make something or own something made with care. Original paintings, limited edition prints, workshops, art kits, and commissions. Warm. Personal. Inviting. The practice that has been running since the beginning — and the one that makes everything else possible.

What We Believe

The convictions
behind the work.

The Journey

One direction.
Many roads.

Read right to left. Or don't. It was never linear.

2026
AI Generalist

A new language. She runs toward it.

Not a pivot — an expansion. AI arrived and felt "as if my life was waiting for this moment." Every skill she had built over 18 years arrived in the same room, at the same time. She is still running.

2023–25
Breathing

Travel. Stability. Investing in herself.

The fight slowed enough to breathe. Income stabilised. First investments made. The beginning of understanding that surviving and thriving are not the same thing.

2020–22
The studio years

A pandemic. She didn't close.

Three years of running a creative studio through the most uncertain period any business could face. She adapted. Rebuilt. Kept client relationships alive. Did not stop working for a single week.

2020
Her own space

A physical studio. Her name on the door.

A physical space of her own. Ran it through a global pandemic. Alone. And kept going. This was not resilience as a concept. It was resilience as a daily decision.

2019
Everything at once

Interior consults. Client work. A wedding.

House interior consultations alongside ongoing client briefs — and the complete design of her brother's wedding collateral. Every piece, every print, every decision, hers. No team. No safety net.

2018–19
Building the body

Real clients. Real deadlines. No shortcuts.

Brand identity projects. Photography. The kind of work that teaches you things no course can — how a client thinks, how a brand breathes, how to hold creative vision alongside the human one.

2018
First solo

A restaurant brand — start to finish. Alone.

First solo project. Completed alone, from strategy to final delivery. Before she could breathe, another arrived. That was the rhythm. That was always going to be the rhythm.

2017
The name

Colour Konnect is registered.

Before she was ready. That was the point. The name exists before the studio is built. The identity before the revenue. The commitment before the confidence. That is the only way to begin.

2016–18
Advanced Diploma

Raffles International. Interrupted. Resumed. Finished.

Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design. Life interrupted it. She came back. She always does. Leaving things unfinished was never going to be her story.

2015–16
The eye

Photography. Fx School, Mumbai.

The eye gets trained. Light, composition, the moment before the moment. Another tool in the kit — but also a whole other way of seeing. Everything after changed slightly because of this.

2012–15
Visual Communication

L.S. Raheja School of Art. Design as a language.

Diploma in Visual Communication, Worli, Mumbai. The commercial and the creative begin to speak the same language. The first understanding that design was not decoration — it was intention.

2010–14
Both paths

Commerce. Fine Arts. At the same time.

Enrolled in commerce. Also enrolled at Rangat Art Classes for Fine Arts. Not one path. Both. Simultaneously. Plus unpaid photography assists with working professionals. Just to learn. Just to be in the room.

2008
The beginning

Colour becomes the language.

The creative practice starts — not as a career plan, but as a necessity. Before it had a name. Before it had an audience. Colour was never the tool. Colour was the point. That clarity never left her.
